Teaching Approach

Teaching Philosophy + Approach
My superpower in the classroom is my calm, clear, happy energy and my ability to make a welcoming space for students to express themselves, take risks, and succeed.  I practice the collaborative art forms of drama and dance in order to cultivate creative, empathetic problem-solvers who have the perseverance to accomplish important artistic and personal goals.
Curriculum Integration Possibilities
Most subject areas can be paired with drama and/or dance for an arts integration residency.
